What you leave the call with.

  • A straight answer

Whether software, automation or AI is the right fix for what you described, or whether something simpler would do.

  • A first step with a date

The free audit, a senior developer on loan or a scoped estimate, whichever fits, and when it could start.

  • A sense of the cost

An honest range for what you have in mind, and what moves it up or down, before any proposal.

  • The questions we would ask next

What we would need to see, who we would talk to and what the first two weeks would look like.

Before the call.

What to bring, who joins and what happens after.

What should I prepare?

Nothing. A sentence on the problem is enough. If you have a document or a spreadsheet that shows it, keep it handy, but we sign an NDA before you share anything.

Who joins from your side?

One of the two founders. If the call turns technical, the engineer who would lead the work joins the next one.

What happens after the call?

You get a short written summary within 4 business hours: what we heard, what we suggest first and what it would cost. There is no sales sequence after it.

Which time zones do you cover?

Our engineering team is in India and shares 3 to 4 hours of the US and UK business day. Calls for clients in Asia Pacific and the Middle East fall in their own working hours.
