Dedicated developers who join your team.
Add dedicated developers to your product team without running a full recruitment cycle. Choose the skills you need, agree working-hour overlap and work together in your repository and project tools. You set priorities, review delivery and retain the code, with team size reviewed month by month.

How hiring dedicated developers works.
You name the gap
The roles, the stack and the work waiting, such as a React front end, a Node.js service or a mobile app. We hand-pick people for it in 1 to 2 weeks.
They join your team
Your meetings, your Slack or Teams, your Jira board and your code repository. You set the priorities and review the code, as you would with your own staff.
You size it monthly
Grow or shrink the team month by month as your roadmap changes, without hiring anyone or letting anyone go.
When to hire dedicated developers.
Pick the situation you are in now. Each tab shows where things stand today and what a dedicated team changes.

The backlog grows faster than you ship
With a dedicated teamMore engineers on the roadmap you already have
Developers join your team and take tickets from your own backlog, in your code repository and under your review. Work that waited a quarter starts moving, without a six-month hiring cycle.

A key developer is leaving
With a dedicated teamWhat they know stays when they go
A senior developer joins while the person leaving is still there, works alongside them and writes down what only they knew. The system keeps running and the next release stays on plan.

You need a mobile app nobody in-house can build
With a dedicated teamMobile developers beside your web team
React Native, Kotlin or Swift developers join the team that already knows your product and build the app on your existing back end. Once the app is out, keep them on or scale back.

With a dedicated teamA bigger team without months of recruiting
After a funding round, a team with its own lead joins and works to your process. Grow it as the plan firms up, and shrink it if priorities change.

How you stay in control.
Our developers take direction from you. Every dedicated team we place works under these four rules.
You approve who joins and what ships
You meet each developer before they start and can ask for a change at any time. Their work goes through your code review and reaches production only when your team merges it.
- You choose who joins the team
- Ask for a change if someone isn't a fit
- Every change goes through your review
Your code and data stay yours
The code lives in your repository and the data in your cloud account, under an NDA signed before day one. Access follows your own policies.
- Code and data in your own accounts
- NDA before day one, plus MSA and DPA
- Access only to what each developer needs, through your own logins
In your tools and your process
They join your standups, sprints and channels, in Slack or Teams, Jira, GitHub or GitLab. You never have to adopt a tool of ours.
- In your Slack or Teams channels
- Tickets from your own Jira board
- Overlaps 3 to 4 hours with the US and UK
You see hours, progress and cost
Every month you see the hours worked, the tickets closed and what it cost. Day to day, progress shows on your own board, so you never wait for a status report.
- Progress on your own board, every day
- Hours worked, reported each month
- Cost shown each month, before you renew

What our clients say.
From clients in the US, Portugal, New Zealand and the UK.
Dedicated developer hiring questions.
The monthly cost, a developer who does not fit, time zones and who owns the code.
How should we evaluate a dedicated developer during the trial?
Choose a representative task and agree what good delivery looks like: code quality, communication, testing and collaboration with your team. Provide the access and context needed to do that work. Review the outcome together before deciding on a longer engagement.
How much does it cost to hire dedicated developers?
The price moves with the roles, their seniority and how many people you need. You pay month by month for the team you have, and you see that monthly cost before anyone starts. The first two weeks with a senior developer are free.
What if a developer is not the right fit?
Tell us and we replace them. You meet each developer before they start, and you can ask for a change at any point. The free two weeks exist so you can judge our work before you pay for any of it.
How soon can developers start?
We hand-pick people in 1 to 2 weeks, after a 30-minute call where you tell us the roles and the stack. From then on the team grows or shrinks month by month as your roadmap changes.
How do you work across time zones?
We share 3 to 4 hours of the US and UK business day. Standups run on your clock, updates land in Slack, Teams or Jira, and we reply within 4 business hours.
Who owns the code our dedicated team writes?
You do, from the first commit. Every change lands in your own code repository under your name, and the documentation is yours too. When a developer leaves your team, the code stays where it is and you owe nothing extra.
How is a dedicated team different from a fixed-price project?
On a fixed-price project we agree on what gets built and the price, then deliver it from start to finish. A dedicated team works under your direction on your roadmap, and you set the priorities each sprint. If you are not sure which fits, the 30-minute call settles it.
