Free AI readiness audit.

Identify where AI could reduce manual work in one department. Over five working days, we review the workflow and available data, prioritize three opportunities and scope the first implementation. You receive a plan to keep, with no obligation to commission development.

  • Free, with nothing to sign up for afterward
  • Five working days, start to handover
  • NDA signed before you share anything
  • The plan is yours to keep, whoever builds it

Request your free audit.

Leave your work email. We reply within 4 business hours to ask which department and set the kickoff. We sign your NDA, or send ours, before you share anything.

No card, no contract. You can stop the audit at any point.

What happens during the audit.

Most of the work is ours. Your team gives us a few hours across the week, mostly on the first and last day.

  1. Day 1

    Kickoff and scope

A short call with you and the head of the department. We agree on which work is in scope, who we should talk to, and which systems we need to see.

  2. Day 2

    Watch the work

We follow real jobs as they move through the department, and look at the software, spreadsheets and inboxes they pass through.

  3. Day 3

    Map where the hours go

We draw the department as it actually runs: every hand-off, every copy-and-paste, every approval that waits. Then we estimate the hours each step takes.

  4. Day 4

    Rank three opportunities

We pick the three tasks where AI or automation saves the most time, estimate the hours each one gives back, and check your data can support them.

  5. Day 5

    Hand over the plan

A meeting with you and your leadership. We walk through the map, the three opportunities and a fixed price and timeline for the first. Then the plan is yours.

What you hold when it ends.

  • A map of how the department's work gets done today
  • The three tasks where AI saves the most hours, ranked
  • A plain verdict on whether your data is ready for them
  • A fixed price and a timeline for the first one

Who the audit is for.

  • One department loses hours to repetitive work and you can name it.

  • The department lead can give us a few hours across one week.

  • You want a priced plan before you commit any budget to AI.

  • You are happy to hear "not yet" if the numbers do not add up.

  • You need a whole system replaced tomorrow. That is a project, and we will scope it on a call.

  • There is no process yet, only an idea. MVP development is the better place to start.

  • You want a single chatbot on your website. That is a smaller job, and we will simply quote it.

Where we look in each department.

  • Operations

Orders, scheduling, stock and the reports someone rebuilds by hand each week. We look for data typed twice and hand-offs that stall.

  • Finance

Invoices, reconciliations, approvals and month-end. We look for matching and checking work a system could do first, with people reviewing the exceptions.

  • Customer support

Tickets, emails and the questions your team answers every day. We look for answers that already live in your documents and routing that wastes time.

  • Sales and HR

Leads, quotes, resumes and onboarding paperwork. We look for follow-ups that slip, forms filled from other forms, and screening that eats a manager's week.

Questions about the audit.

What buyers usually ask before they request one.

What does the audit cost, and why is it free?

Nothing. No card, no deposit, and no switch to a paid engagement halfway through. It is free because most AI projects go wrong at the choosing, not the building. Five days of real work tells you more about us than any proposal.

What do you need from our side?

The department lead for the kickoff and the handover, a few people who do the work and can show us how, and access to the systems involved. A few hours of your team's time across the week covers it.

Who sees our data, and is there an NDA?

We sign an NDA before you send a document or a login. Only the people running your audit see your data, with read-only access that we hand back at the end of the week.

What happens after the audit? Are we obliged to continue?

No. You get the plan and a fixed price for the first piece of work. If you want us to build it, we agree on a start date. If not, you keep the plan and we part on good terms.

Can we use the plan with another vendor or our own team?

Yes. The plan is yours to keep, whoever builds it. Take it in-house or to another company. If we find nothing worth doing, we say so in writing, and that is a useful answer too.
