How we work.

Outsourced projects usually go wrong in the quiet stretches between updates. So here is our software development process in full: who you talk to, what you see each week and what you own at the end.

What you can count on.

  • A founder takes the first call

You speak to someone who runs the company and answers for the work. You get a straight view of what is possible and what it would take.

  • NDA before anything

We sign your NDA, or send ours, before you share a single document. Your plans, your figures and your data stay private from day one.

  • Working software every week

Each week ends with a demo of what was built, so you judge progress by software you can click through yourself.

  • You own all the code

Everything we write for you belongs to you from the start. Take it to another team whenever you like, with nothing to unlock.

Our software development process.

The same four stages whether we are building an app, an ERP or an AI agent. You can stop after any of them, and by week three you have seen something working.

  1. 01 · Week 1

    Audit

We sit with the people who do the work, map how it gets done today and agree on the smallest first release that would make a real difference.

You end withA written plan and a fixed price.

  2. 02 · Weeks 2 to 3

    Trial

A first working version on your real data, or a clickable prototype of the main screens. Your team tries it and tells us what is wrong before the full build starts.

You end withProof it works, or a clear no.

  3. 03 · Weeks 4 to 8

    Build

We build the first release, connect it to your systems and show you a working demo every week. Your IT team reviews it as we go.

You end withSoftware your IT team has signed off.

  4. 04 · Weeks 9 to 10

    Go live

One team uses it first, then everyone. We stay close through the first weeks and fix whatever real use turns up.

You end withSoftware in daily use, and a plan for what comes next.

After launch we stay on for updates, fixes and new features, so the software keeps up as your business changes.

You always know where things stand.

  • Hours that overlap yours

Our workday overlaps 3 to 4 hours with US and UK business hours, so daily check-ins and calls happen on your clock.

  • Updates where you already work

Progress, questions and decisions arrive in your Slack, Teams or Jira. No new tool to learn and no thread to hunt for.

  • A reply within 4 business hours

Send a question on any working day and you hear back within 4 business hours, so a blocker never sits overnight unanswered.

  • One named lead

You have one person who owns your project and answers for it. When you need a decision or a straight answer, you know who to ask.

What you own.

Everything. If we part ways tomorrow, you keep the code, the documents and the access, and you owe us nothing extra to take them elsewhere.

  • Code in your own repositories and cloud accounts, under your name
  • Full documentation, so any capable team can pick it up
  • Your NDA, MSA and DPA signed before work begins

Free ways to try us.

Before you pay anything, we do real work for you: five days or two weeks of it. You judge us on that, then decide.

  • Free5 days

A free AI readiness audit of one department

Pick operations, finance, support, or sales and HR. We map the workflows, find the three places AI saves the most hours, and give your leadership the plan. It's yours to keep, whoever builds it.

  • Free2 weeks

A senior developer, free for two weeks

A senior developer joins one of your teams and ships real work in your code repository. Two weeks is enough to see how we think and how we code.

More on software and AI consulting

Security, data and IP.

Our standard positions on contracts, code, data and access, ready for your security and legal review.

  • NDA before anything

We sign your NDA, or send ours, before you share a single document. We also sign your MSA (master services agreement) and DPA (data processing agreement) and complete vendor security questionnaires.

  • You own all the code

All of it, from the first commit, held in your own repository under your name.

  • Stop after any stage

You pay for the milestones delivered and keep everything built so far, with its documentation. There is no lock-in.

  • AI and your data

We use business-grade AI services with model training switched off. Where your policy requires it, data stays in your own cloud account, and regulated work can run on open models inside your infrastructure.

  • Compliance from the design stage

We address GDPR and HIPAA requirements from the design stage onward.

  • Your access rules

We work inside your access policies: single sign-on, VPN and only the access each person needs. Every action is logged and documented for IT and compliance.

Start with your own problem.

Start a project with a 30-minute founder call. Bring one task that eats your team's time and leave knowing what the first four weeks would look like.

What happens next

  1. You tell us in a line what you need.

  2. We reply within 4 business hours to set a time.

  3. We sign an NDA, then spend thirty minutes on your problem.
