AI chatbots that answer from your files.
Help customers and staff find answers in your own documents through a chatbot on your website, WhatsApp or internal tools. Our AI chatbot development covers knowledge retrieval, source references and handover to a person. We test real questions and define how the bot should respond when it cannot find a reliable answer.
- A free 5-day audit comes first
- We sign an NDA before we see anything
- Fixed price before you commit
- You own all the code

Example
Where is my order, and can I still change the address?
- Found order 4471 in your order system
- Told the customer it is packed and ships tomorrow

How an AI chatbot works.
You choose what it knows
Your product sheets, policies, help articles and procedures. The chatbot answers from those and nothing else.
It answers in plain words
Customers and staff ask in their own words, on your website, in WhatsApp or inside your app. Every answer names the document behind it.
A person takes the hard ones
When it is not sure, or the question needs a decision, it passes the conversation to your team with the full history attached.
AI chatbot use cases.
Pick the questions that fill your inbox. Each tab shows how your team handles one today, then the reply the chatbot gives instead.

Customers chase the same order updates
With a chatbotOrder questions answered without a ticket
The chatbot looks up the order in your shop or ERP and tells the customer where it stands, in plain words. Requests to change, cancel or refund go to your team with the order and the chat attached.

With a chatbotAnswers from your own catalog and terms
Sizes, delivery times, warranty and returns: the chatbot answers from your product sheets and policies and links the page it used. If the answer is not in your documents, it says so instead of guessing.

Bookings happen by phone and email
With a chatbotAppointments booked and moved in the chat
Customers pick a free slot, move a booking or cancel one inside the conversation. The chatbot works from your live calendar or booking system, so your front desk stops returning calls about times.

Staff ask the same colleague every time
With a chatbotA staff chatbot that knows your handbook
Leave rules, expense limits, safety steps and how-to guides become answers your staff can get in a chat window. Each answer names the policy it came from, and people see only what their role allows.

How you stay in control.
A chatbot talks to your customers in your name. Every chatbot we deliver follows these four rules, so it says only what your documents back up.
It hands over instead of guessing
The chatbot answers what your documents cover. Refunds, complaints, exceptions and anything it is unsure about go to a named person on your team, with the whole conversation attached.
- You choose which topics go to a person
- Unsure answers go to your team first
- The full history travels with every handover
Your conversations stay yours
Your documents and chat logs stay in your own cloud account wherever your policy requires it. We use business-grade AI services with training switched off, so no outside model learns from your customers' questions.
- Chat logs kept in your cloud account
- NDA, MSA and DPA in place before setup
- Model training switched off
It knows your orders, not only your FAQ
We connect the chatbot to your ERP, CRM, helpdesk and booking system, so it can look up a real order or a free slot. Handovers land in the helpdesk your team already works in.
- Website, WhatsApp and in-app chat
- Every answer names its source
- Handovers land in your own helpdesk
You see what it answers and what it costs
A dashboard shows how many conversations the chatbot handled, how many went to a person and what it cost to run. The questions it could not answer tell you which documents to write next.
- Conversations counted from the first day
- Running cost shown as it happens
- Unanswered questions listed for review

AI chatbot questions.
What a chatbot costs to build and run, what happens when it gets one wrong, and how it differs from an AI agent.
How do we assess whether the chatbot answers well enough to launch?
Use representative questions, incomplete queries and examples that should be handed to a person. Review whether answers match approved sources and respect access permissions. Agree acceptance criteria with your team and keep a way to review failures after launch.
How much does AI chatbot development cost?
Three things move the price: how many channels it answers on, how many systems it looks things up in, and how much of your documentation it learns from. The free 5-day audit ends with a fixed price, so you see the figure before you sign.
What is the difference between a chatbot and an AI agent?
A chatbot holds the conversation: it answers questions and routes the hard ones to a person. An AI agent does a whole back-office job, such as reviewing contracts or preparing a management report. Many businesses start with a chatbot and add an agent later, on the same documents.
What does a chatbot cost to run each month?
Running cost follows the number of conversations and which AI model each question needs. Routine questions go to small, low-cost models, and your dashboard shows the spend as it happens.
What if the chatbot gives a wrong answer?
It answers only from the documents you give it and names the source, so a wrong answer is easy to trace and fix. When it is not sure, it says so and passes the conversation to a person rather than guessing.
Who owns the chatbot once it is built?
You do, from the first day: the chatbot, its knowledge base and every conversation log, in accounts under your name, with the code and full documentation. If we part ways you keep all of it and owe nothing extra.
How do we work with a team based in India?
A founder takes your first call. Our workday overlaps 3 to 4 hours with US and UK business hours, and we reply within 4 business hours in the tools you already use.
