AI agents for the work that piles up.
Build AI agents that review documents, prepare reports and handle routine tasks inside your ERP, CRM and email. We scope the workflow, connect the data and define where a person must approve an action. Start with one department and measure the time saved before expanding.
- A free 5-day audit comes first
- We sign an NDA before we see anything
- Fixed price before you commit
- You own all the code
Contract agent
Example
Which supplier contracts renew in the next 60 days?
- Read all 214 contracts on the shared drive
- Found 9 that renew within 60 days
- Drafted a notice for each, quoting its clause
Nothing has gone out yet. Send the 9 notices?
An example with made-up figures. The buttons send nothing.
How an AI agent works.
You hand it one job
One routine task your team does by hand today, such as reading contracts, answering customer questions or pulling a report.
It does the work
The agent reads, checks and drafts inside the systems you already use. It shows where every answer came from.
You say yes or no
Nothing is sent, changed or paid until a person on your team approves it.
AI agent use cases.
Pick the job your team still does by hand. Each tab shows how that job runs today and what the agent reads, flags or drafts instead.
- Today
Contracts renew before anyone reads them
With an agentEvery agreement read, every deadline flagged
The agent reads all your supplier and client contracts. It lists renewal dates, work you delivered but never billed and clauses that differ from your standard terms. Each finding links to the page it came from, so your team can check it in seconds.
Every oneread, not only the contracts someone had time for

The same customer questions, every day
With an agentRoutine questions answered at any hour
Order status, product details and policy questions get an answer drawn from your own documents. When the agent is not sure, it passes the conversation to a person with the full history attached. Your team spends the day on the cases that need judgment.
24 hoursa day, without adding a shift

Reports take days to pull together
With an agentThe numbers, ready before the meeting
The agent pulls live figures from your ERP, CRM and finance system and writes a plain summary of margin, risk and delivery. Every number links back to its record. Ask a follow-up question and it answers the same way.
Livefigures, not last month's export

Only two people know how things are done
With an agentYour procedures, answered on request
Your policies, procedures and project files become something staff can simply ask. Each answer names its source, and people see only what their role allows. New hires stop waiting for the one colleague who remembers.

How you stay in control.
Letting software read your contracts and draft your replies is a fair thing to worry about. These four rules are built into every agent we deliver.
Nothing goes out without a yes
The agent reads, checks and drafts by itself. Before it sends a message, changes a record or touches money, it stops and asks a named person on your team.
- You choose who approves what
- Anything it is unsure about goes to a person
- Every action is logged, and most can be reversed
Your data stays yours
Your documents stay in your own cloud account wherever your policy requires it. We use business-grade AI services with training switched off, so nothing you own teaches someone else's model.
- Runs inside your cloud account
- NDA, MSA and DPA signed
- Each person sees only what their role allows
It works in the systems you have
The agent works inside your ERP, CRM, helpdesk and email, so your team keeps the screens it already knows. Because we build ERPs and CRMs as well, we handle the connections, including the awkward ones.
- Connects to ERP, CRM, helpdesk and email
- Every answer shows where it came from
- You own the code and the accounts
You see what it does and what it costs
A dashboard shows how many tasks the agent handled, how often a person corrected it and what it cost to run. Its correction rate and running cost tell you whether to give it a second job.
- Accuracy tracked from the first day
- Running cost shown as it happens
- Checked and tuned every month
AI agent project timeline.
Each of the four stages ends with a point where you can stop. By week three, your team has run the agent on your own contracts or tickets and tried to catch it out.
01 · Week 1
Audit
We sit with one department, map how the work gets done and rank three tasks by the hours an agent would save.
You end withA plan and a fixed price.
02 · Weeks 2 to 3
Trial
We build a first version on your real documents. Your team tests it and tries to catch it out.
You end withProof it works, or a clear no.
03 · Weeks 4 to 8
Build
We connect it to your systems, add the approval steps and test it on real cases until your IT and security people are satisfied.
You end withAn agent your IT team has signed off.
04 · Weeks 9 to 10
Go live
One team uses it first. You watch accuracy and running cost on the dashboard before deciding how far to roll it out.
You end withFigures to decide the next step.
After launch we check and tune the agent every month, because your documents and systems keep changing.
Free AI readiness audit.
Five days of real work tells you more than any proposal. Pick operations, finance or support, and see which three tasks an agent could take off that team.
What you hold when it ends
Free, 5 days
- A map of how the department's work gets done today
- The three tasks where an agent saves the most hours
- A fixed price and a timeline for the first one
The task map and the plan are yours to keep, even if another team builds the agent.
What our clients say.
From clients in the US, Portugal, New Zealand and the UK.
AI agent questions.
Cost, your data and mistakes: what buyers ask before they hand a job to software.
How do we decide whether a task needs an AI agent?
Start with the inputs, decisions and actions in the workflow. Fixed rules may be better handled by conventional automation; varied documents or language may benefit from AI. Assess error tolerance, data access and approval requirements before selecting a pilot.
How much does it cost to build an AI agent?
The price depends on how many systems the agent connects to, how many kinds of document it reads and how many approval steps it needs. The free 5-day audit ends with a fixed price for your first agent, and you decide from there.
What does an AI agent cost to run each month?
It depends on how much the agent reads and how hard each task is. We send simple tasks to small, low-cost models and only the hard ones to larger models, which keeps the bill down. Your dashboard shows the spend from the first day.
Will our data be used to train AI models?
No. We use business-grade AI services with training switched off, and your data stays in your own cloud account wherever your policy requires it. For regulated work the agent can run on open models hosted entirely on your own infrastructure.
What happens when the AI agent gets something wrong?
It will sometimes, so we build for that. The agent answers only from your documents and shows where each answer came from. When it is unsure it hands the task to a person, and nothing that matters goes out without approval.
Who owns the AI agent once it is built?
Your company does, from the first day. The agent's code, prompts, logs and connections to your systems sit in your own cloud account under your name, with full documentation. If we part ways you keep all of it and owe nothing extra.
How do we work with a team based in India?
A founder takes your first call. Our working day overlaps US and UK business hours by 3 to 4 hours, updates come through the tools you already use, and we reply within 4 business hours.
