SaaS products that customers pay for.

Build a subscription software product with the account structure, billing and permissions your customers need. Our SaaS development covers the first usable release, integrations and ongoing product delivery. We scope tenant separation and operational requirements early, then expand from customer feedback.

  • A free 5-day audit comes first
  • We sign an NDA before we see anything
  • A senior developer on loan, free for 2 weeks
  • You own all the code

Product release

Example

Release 14: annual plans and invoices

  1. Added annual plans next to the monthly ones
  2. Tested on a copy with 40 customer accounts
  3. Every test invoice matched its plan
  4. Offer annual plans to all your customers?

An example with made-up figures. The buttons send nothing.

How SaaS development works.

  1. We cut it to one job

Together we pick the one job a customer would pay for. Everything else waits for the next release.

  2. Real customers use it

A first version goes to a small group of real customers. What they do with it decides what we build next.

  3. It grows with your sales

Billing, permissions, audit logs and mobile apps arrive as your buyers ask for them, on a base built to take them.

SaaS products we build.

Start from where your product is today. Each tab names the problem you have now and what we build to fix it.

An idea, and nothing to show buyers yet

    What we build

A first version real customers can use

We build the smallest product that does the main job well, with sign-up and accounts from the start. You put it in front of real customers and learn what they will pay for before you spend on the rest.

An internal tool other companies want too

    What we build

Your own tool, turned into a product you sell

We take the tool your team already relies on and add what selling it needs: sign-up, a separate space for each customer company and an admin view for your staff. Your first customers get a product of their own, with none of your internal setup showing.

    What we build

Permissions and audit logs your buyers ask for

Roles decide who sees and changes what, and an audit log records every action. Your buyers' security team gets written answers to read instead of open questions.

    What we build

Plans, trials and invoices that run themselves

Customers pick a plan, start a trial, upgrade and pay inside the product. Renewals and invoices go out on their own, and your team sees every account and what it pays in one place.

How you stay in control.

Handing your product to an outside team should come with clear terms. Ours are these four, written into every product we build.

  • Your customers see only what you approved

Every change is tried on a test copy first. It reaches your customers when the person you name says yes, and not before.

    • You approve every release
    • New features can go to a few customers first
    • Any release can be rolled back
  • Each customer's data kept apart

Every customer company's data is kept separate from every other's. The product runs in your own cloud account, under your name, from the first day.

    • Runs in your own cloud account from day one
    • NDA, MSA and DPA, all signed
    • Each customer company walled off from the rest
  • One product on web and mobile

The web app and the Android and iPhone apps run from one back end, so a change reaches every customer at once.

    • Android and iPhone apps alongside the web app
    • Connects to payments, email and the tools your customers use
    • Documented for your buyers and your own team
  • You see progress, spend and usage

Each week you see what we finished and what we spent against the plan. After launch you also see how customers use the product, so the next feature comes from what customers really do.

    • Progress against the plan, every week
    • Spend shown against the fixed price
    • Usage figures to decide what comes next

Being associated with iTechnoSol was a pleasant and satisfying experience. They are good at many things, but I can't forget these two things in particular - their speed of response and clear understanding of my ideas. The team is really talented and was always available to answer my questions and to provide feedback. They beautifully nurtured the project and delivered it accordingly. I am delighted with them. Such a catch!

  • I am looking forward to giving my future projects to iTechnoSol again.

I already had a web application, but it was not up to the mark. So, I gave that project to iTechnoSol and told them that they are free to do anything, just give me a trendy but user-friendly app. I thought that redesigning existing projects is quite tough as the teams have to mold their thought processes according to my comfort zone, but I must say that they left no loophole in their work and offered a design that is a treat to the eyes! I am looking forward to giving my future projects to iTechnoSol again.

We needed user-friendly software for customers so that they can get easy access to our services even without any admin support. When we discussed the project with iTechnoSol, they understood our ideas of business in detail and promised to deliver what we wanted. And yes, they have kept their promise. Keep up the good work, iTechnoSol. We hope we meet again soon for other projects shortly.

SaaS development questions.

How small to start, what it costs and what enterprise buyers will ask you.

What needs to be decided before building a multi-tenant SaaS product?

Define how customer accounts are separated, who can access each record, how subscriptions work and which integrations are required. These choices affect architecture, testing and cost. Agree the first customer journey before expanding the feature list.

How much does SaaS development cost?

The price moves with what the first version must do, how many user roles it has, whether billing goes in now or later, and the tools it connects to. That is why we keep it small. The free 5-day audit fixes the price, and you decide whether to go ahead once you have seen it.

What is an MVP, and how small should it be?

An MVP (minimum viable product) is the first version of your product, with only what a customer needs to get the main job done. It should be small enough to reach real customers soon and solid enough that you build on it instead of starting again. The audit decides what goes in and what waits.

Can you turn our internal tool into a product we sell?

Yes. We have built task management software that whole teams work in, so we know the ground. We start from what you have and add what selling it needs: sign-up, a separate space for each customer company, plans and billing, and permissions. If parts of it are too old to build on, the audit says so and shows you the options.

Will the product pass our enterprise customers' security reviews?

We build for those reviews from the start, with roles and permissions, an audit log of every action and documentation your buyers can read. We have done it before: we built encrypted video calls into a secure collaboration product, under the same permissions and audit log as its files.

Who owns the product and its code?

You do, from the first day: the source code in your own code repository, the running product and every customer's data in your cloud account, and the documentation. Should we part ways, it all stays with you and you owe nothing extra.

How do we work with a team based in India?

A founder runs your first call. Our workday overlaps 3 to 4 hours with US and UK business hours, show you a working demo every week and reply within 4 business hours.
