Software development pricing.

Compare fixed-price projects, monthly dedicated teams and advisory engagements. Software development cost depends on scope, integrations, data migration and security requirements. Share your requirements for an indicative estimate; a fixed quote follows an agreed scope.

  • A fixed price before you commit
  • A free 5-day audit or 2 weeks of a senior developer first
  • You own all the code, whatever you pay
  • An indicative estimate within 4 business hours

An estimate in writing.

Send a few lines on what you need. A founder replies within 4 business hours with:

  • An indicative budget range

  • A realistic timeline

  • What moves the cost up or down

No call needed first, and no obligation after.

How a price is set.

  1. We scope it with you

A 30-minute call, then a free audit or a short written brief. We list the screens, the integrations, the data and the people who will use it. Scope is what sets the price, so this comes first.

  2. You see the price in writing

A fixed price for a project, or a monthly cost for a team, with dated milestones. It does not move unless the scope does, and a scope change comes with its own price before any work.

  3. You pay as it is delivered

Projects are paid by milestone, each one tied to a demo you can click through. Teams are paid monthly, with the hours, the tickets closed and the cost shown before you renew. Advisory is billed at a daily rate, agreed in writing before work starts.

What moves the price.

Four things set most of the cost. Knowing them before the call makes the estimate sharper.

  • Screens and roles

How many kinds of user there are and what each one needs to see and do. A dealer portal with three roles costs more than a staff tool with one.

  • Integrations

Each system the software must talk to, such as an ERP, an accounting package, a payment gateway or WhatsApp, adds work to connect and to test.

  • Data and migration

Old records that must come across, their cleanliness and how many years of them. Moving data is often the quietest big cost in a project.

  • Compliance and scale

Audit trails, access control, security reviews and the number of users on day one. Enterprise buyers and regulated industries add requirements that take time to meet.

Included in every quote.

A quote from us is for the finished, working software, not the hours. These come with it, whichever model you choose.

  • A written scope with dated milestones
  • A working demo every week
  • Testing before anything reaches you
  • The code, in your repository, from the first commit
  • Documentation your own team can work from
  • Free bug fixes in the warranty period after launch
  • NDA before you share anything, plus MSA and DPA
How we handle security, data and IP

Free ways to try us.

Before you pay anything, we do real work for you: five days or two weeks of it. You judge us on that, then decide.

  • Free5 days

A free AI readiness audit of one department

Pick operations, finance, support, or sales and HR. We map the workflows, find the three places AI saves the most hours, and give your leadership the plan. It's yours to keep, whoever builds it.

  • Free2 weeks

A senior developer, free for two weeks

A senior developer joins one of your teams and ships real work in your code repository. Two weeks is enough to see how we think and how we code.

Pricing and payment questions.

What buyers ask before they send a brief.

Do you publish rates?

Not as a price list, because the same screen can cost very different amounts depending on what sits behind it. What we do publish is the process: send a few lines on what you need and a founder replies within 4 business hours with an indicative range and what moves it. That costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

How does a fixed-price project work?

We agree on the scope and the price before work starts, split into milestones with dates. Each milestone ends with a demo and is paid once you have seen it working. If you want something added, it comes with its own price first. If the scope does not change, neither does the price.

What happens if something breaks after launch?

We fix bugs in what we built at no charge during the warranty period after launch. Its length is written into your agreement, typically 30 to 90 days depending on the size of the project. After that, a monthly support plan or a block of hours covers fixes and changes.

How is a dedicated team charged?

Month by month, for the people on your team. You see the monthly cost before anyone starts, and each month the hours worked, the tickets closed and what it cost before you renew. The first two weeks with a senior developer are free, and the team can grow or shrink monthly.

What is free, and is there a catch?

Two things are free and real work: a 5-day audit of one department, and a senior developer on your team for 2 weeks. You keep the audit report and the merged code whatever you decide. The catch, if there is one, is that we think the work speaks for us.

Why is offshore cheaper, and what is the risk?

Our engineers are in Vadodara, India, where senior people cost less than in the US or UK. The risk is distance, so we work against it: a founder on your calls, 3 to 4 hours of overlap with your day, a demo every week and your code in your own repository from day one.

What happens if the project stops partway?

You can stop after any stage. You pay for the milestones delivered, keep everything built so far with its documentation, and owe nothing more. There is no lock-in and nothing to unlock.
