Who we are
This website is run by iTechnoSol Inc. ("iTechnoSol", "we", "us"), a software company based at 801-802 Samanvay Silver, Beside Royal Orchid, Mujmahuda Circle, Vadodara 390020, Gujarat, India.
We decide how and why the information you send through this site is used, which makes us the "controller" of it under data protection law.
How to contact us about privacy
Email info@itechnosol.com with "Privacy" in the subject line, call +91 97220 14000, or write to us at 801-802 Samanvay Silver, Beside Royal Orchid, Mujmahuda Circle, Vadodara 390020, Gujarat, India.
This contact also acts as our point of contact for privacy questions and complaints under the laws listed below, including grievances under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act.
What we collect
We collect what you choose to send us through the forms on this site, a few technical details that come with every web visit, cookie-free visit counts, and, only if you accept cookies, the visit measurements described under "Cookies and analytics".
Contact form: your name, work email, phone number (optional) and your message.
Free audit request: your work email address.
Request a quote form: your name, company, work email, phone number and country (both optional), the service you are interested in and your description of the project.
Research download form: your work email address, so we can send you the report, and, if you choose, your name and company.
Careers form: your first and last name, the position you are applying for, the type of work you want, whether you are employed now, your notice period, your current salary (optional) and expected salary, your mobile number, your email address, your CV (PDF or Word, up to 4 MB) and, if you choose, your LinkedIn profile address.
With every form: the page you sent it from, any campaign tags in the page address (the "utm" parameters that show which ad or email link brought you here) and the time you sent it. To check you are not a bot, the form also records when you opened it, includes a hidden field that people never fill in, and runs a Cloudflare Turnstile check that uses your IP address and basic browser details.
Every visit: like any website, the servers that deliver this site receive your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, and the hosting provider keeps these in standard server logs.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use your information only for the purpose you sent it for, and we never sell it or use it for advertising. Data protection law asks us to name the legal basis for each use. In plain words:
- To reply to your inquiry or quote request and discuss working together. Basis: responding to your request and taking the steps you asked for before a possible contract.
- To consider your job application and contact you about it. Basis: taking steps at your request before a possible employment contract, and our legitimate interest in hiring the right people.
- To keep the site and its forms working, secure and free of spam, and to understand which pages and campaigns lead people to contact us. Basis: our legitimate interests in running and protecting our website, which we balance against your privacy.
- To count visits and page views with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and stores nothing that identifies you. Basis: our legitimate interest in knowing which pages are read.
- To measure how the site is used with Google Analytics. Basis: your consent, which you give or refuse in the cookie banner and can change at any time.
- Where the law of your country relies on consent (for example India), by sending a form you agree to us using what you send for the purpose of that form. You can withdraw this at any time, as described below.
Who receives it
Only the people who need your information to reply to you or to hire can read it. A few service providers handle it for us, under their own security and privacy terms:
- Supabase, which hosts the database where form submissions are stored, in its Mumbai (India) region.
- Cloudflare, which stores CVs and files in its R2 storage, and runs the Turnstile spam check on our forms.
- Zoho ZeptoMail, an email delivery service, which sends each form submission to our inbox. A CV travels as an attachment to that email.
- Zoho Mail, which hosts the inbox where submissions arrive.
- Vercel, which hosts this website, keeps its server logs and runs Vercel Web Analytics, our cookie-free visit counter.
- Google, which runs Google Analytics on this site, only if you accept cookies.
- Anthropic, our AI provider, when a member of our team asks AI to help read your inquiry (to prepare for the first call) or your CV against the role you applied for. Anthropic does not use this to train its models. A person reads every summary and makes every decision.
International transfers
We are based in India and our service providers run servers in several countries, including the United States. Your information may therefore be handled outside the country you live in.
Where the law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the UK addendum, which these providers offer in their data processing terms.
How long we keep it
How long each kind of information is kept:
- Form submissions, including inquiries, quote requests, audit and research requests: until you ask us to delete them (see "How we store what you send").
- Job applications and CVs: until you ask us to delete them, so we can consider you for later roles. If you join us, your application becomes part of your employee record.
- Google Analytics data, if you accepted cookies: for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account.
- Server logs: for the short period Vercel keeps them, after which they are deleted automatically.
How we store what you send
Every form you send is stored in our database (Supabase, Mumbai region in India) as well as emailed to our team, so nothing is lost if an email goes astray. A CV is stored in private file storage (Cloudflare R2) and can only be opened through a link that stops working after a few minutes.
We keep form submissions and CVs until you ask us to delete them. To ask, email info@itechnosol.com with "Delete my data" in the subject line. We then delete your submissions and files for good.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Where you gave consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect anything we did before. Email info@itechnosol.com and we will reply within one month. We may need to confirm who you are first.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, please tell us first. You can also complain to the data protection regulator where you live.
- EU and UK: the GDPR and UK GDPR give you these rights, plus the right to restrict how we use your data, to object to any use based on our legitimate interests, to take your data elsewhere and to complain to your local supervisory authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).
- California: you have the right to know, correct and delete your personal information, and we do not sell or share it for advertising.
- India: the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you the right to access, correct and erase your data, to nominate someone to act for you, and to raise a grievance with us and then with the Data Protection Board of India.
- Elsewhere, including the Middle East: we will honor the same requests wherever your local law gives you these rights.
AI and automated decisions
We do not make decisions about you by automated means alone. When our team uses AI to summarize an inquiry or to compare a CV with a job description, the result is a reading aid for the person who decides. It is told to judge only the work described and never age, gender, nationality, religion, family status, health, disability or where someone studied.
If you would rather your inquiry or CV were not read with AI, say so in your message or email info@itechnosol.com, and we will not do it.
If something goes wrong
If a security incident puts your information at risk, we will investigate it at once, tell the regulators the law requires us to tell within the deadlines it sets, and tell you directly where the risk to you is high.
How we protect it
The site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Forms are checked on our server before anything is sent, CV files are checked to be genuine PDF or Word documents, and access to our inboxes and stored submissions is limited to the staff who need it. Staff who can see submissions must sign in with two-factor authentication.
No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords, payment details or other highly sensitive information through our forms.
Children
This site is for businesses and job seekers. It is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when the site or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change affects how we use information you have already sent us, we will tell you directly where we can.
