An engineering team behind your agency.

Deliver client projects under your agency’s brand with a development team working in your tools and process. We support web and mobile delivery while you manage the client relationship. Agree responsibilities, review standards and communication before starting with one developer or a defined project.

  • Start with one developer, one month, 30 days’ notice
  • NDA and non-solicitation signed before we start
  • Overlaps 3 to 4 hours with the US and UK
  • You own all the code

Developer on your project

Example

Month 1: a senior developer on a client build

  1. Joined your standup and your agency Slack on day one
  2. Built the booking flow from your designer’s Figma file
  3. Every change passed your lead’s code review before merge
  4. Keep this developer on your client work next month?

How engineering partnerships work.

  1. You win the work

You keep the client, the contract and the relationship. When a project needs more hands than you have, you tell us what is being built, by when and in which stack.

  2. We staff it under your name

We hand-pick developers for it in 1 to 2 weeks. They work in your repository and your tools, appear to your client as part of your team and sign an NDA and a non-solicitation agreement first.

  3. You choose how to engage

A fixed-scope project with milestones, one developer part-time or full-time, or a dedicated pod of developers, QA and a lead. Change the size month by month.

When agencies bring us in.

Pick the situation your agency is in. Each tab shows where things stand today and what an engineering partner changes.

You have more client work than developers

    With an engineering partner

Say yes to the project instead of turning it away

A client asks for a build your team cannot start for two months. A developer or a small pod from us joins your project in 1 to 2 weeks, so you take the work on, deliver it under your own name and keep the client.

A client needs a stack you do not have

    With an engineering partner

The missing skill, without a permanent hire

Your team builds sites well, and now a client wants a web application with a custom back end, or a mobile app. We supply the React, Node.js, Angular, React Native or PHP developers for that one project, and you do not hire someone you may not need next quarter.

Your clients keep asking for small changes

    With an engineering partner

Retainer work that does not pull your team off new builds

Fixes, updates and small features for sites you have already launched take up the hours your best people need for new work. A developer on a monthly retainer handles that queue through your own board, and your clients see one agency.

Launch software services without building a dev department

You want to sell apps and platforms alongside design and marketing. We provide the engineering behind them, from a first prototype to the live product, and you set the price, own the client relationship and decide how much of the work to hand us.

How you stay in control.

We work behind you, so how we work has to protect you. Every partner engagement runs under these four rules.

  • Every change is reviewed before it ships

Each pull request is reviewed by someone other than the person who wrote it, and then by your lead before you merge. Nothing reaches your client without your approval.

    • You meet and approve each developer
    • Reviewed by someone other than the author
    • Ask for a replacement at any time
  • Your client stays your client

The code lives in your repository and the designs in your accounts. We sign an NDA and a non-solicitation agreement before we start, and we never contact your clients directly.

    • Code in your repository, owned by you
    • NDA and non-solicitation before day one
    • Access only through your own logins
  • In your tools and under your name

Developers join your standups, Slack or Teams, Jira and Git, and can use your email and your branding in client-facing work. You never have to adopt a tool of ours.

    • In your Slack or Teams channels
    • Tickets from your own board
    • Overlaps 3 to 4 hours with the US and UK
  • A named lead, and the cost in the open

On a team of three or more, a named lead from our side flags risks to you in writing. Every month you see the hours worked, what shipped and what it cost, before you renew.

Partnership onboarding timeline.

There is a clean exit after every stage. You start with one developer for a month, and only then decide how big the partnership gets.

  1. 01 · Week 1

    Call

A 30-minute call with a founder. We sign an NDA, you walk us through the client work coming up, your stack and how your team runs projects, and we pick a senior developer for it.

You end withA senior developer matched to your next project.

  2. 02 · Weeks 2 to 5

    First month

One developer joins your team and does real work in your repository, through your review, billed at your agreed rate.

You end withA month of real work to judge us on.

  3. 03 · Weeks 6 to 7

    Team

If you go ahead, we hand-pick the rest of the people you need, developers, QA and a lead if the team is three or more, and they join your channels and board.

You end withA team working to your plan, under your name.

  4. 04 · Week 8 onward

    Monthly

The team works your sprints. At the end of the month you see the hours, what shipped and the cost, and decide the size for the next month, with 30 days’ notice if you ever want to stop.

You end withA team sized to next month’s client work.

From then on the team grows or shrinks with your pipeline. If you later hire your own engineers, we hand over with full documentation.

Start with one developer.

You do not sign a long contract to find out whether we fit. One developer joins your team for a month on a real project, through your own review, and you decide on a bigger partnership with that merged code in front of you.

What you hold after a month

Agreed rate, 1 month, 30 days’ notice

  • Real work shipped in your repository, through your review
  • A clear view of how we communicate and write code
  • A proposed team: the roles, and when each could join

The code is yours to keep, whatever you decide.

What our clients say.

Being associated with iTechnoSol was a pleasant and satisfying experience. They are good at many things, but I can't forget these two things in particular - their speed of response and clear understanding of my ideas. The team is really talented and was always available to answer my questions and to provide feedback. They beautifully nurtured the project and delivered it accordingly. I am delighted with them. Such a catch!

For iTechnoSol, there is only one word in my mind - Fantastic! I am not just impressed by their service quality, but also for their working strategies. I am never going to regret my decision to hire them for the development of my mobile application. They have really made me happy by delivering an exceptional solution and extraordinary web design. They are talented and attentive. Most importantly, THEY CARE about client needs. Highly recommended.

  • I am looking forward to giving my future projects to iTechnoSol again.

I already had a web application, but it was not up to the mark. So, I gave that project to iTechnoSol and told them that they are free to do anything, just give me a trendy but user-friendly app. I thought that redesigning existing projects is quite tough as the teams have to mold their thought processes according to my comfort zone, but I must say that they left no loophole in their work and offered a design that is a treat to the eyes! I am looking forward to giving my future projects to iTechnoSol again.

We needed user-friendly software for customers so that they can get easy access to our services even without any admin support. When we discussed the project with iTechnoSol, they understood our ideas of business in detail and promised to deliver what we wanted. And yes, they have kept their promise. Keep up the good work, iTechnoSol. We hope we meet again soon for other projects shortly.

We are a team of four people who dream big and take a lot of projects altogether. So, we often need to outsource some of our software projects. Within a day or two, they arranged an enthusiastic and dedicated development team through their software consultancy services! That project was big and very important for us, and we must say iTechnoSol stood behind us like a rock! Thank you buddies for all your love and support. We highly recommend this software company.

Engineering partnership questions.

Pricing, branding, client contact, code ownership and what happens if someone is not a fit.

What should an agency agree before starting a white-label project?

Agree who scopes the work, reviews releases and communicates with the end client. Define repository access, confidentiality, code ownership and how scope changes are approved in the engagement terms. A clear first milestone makes it easier to assess the partnership.

How much does a white-label engineering partnership cost?

It depends on the roles, their seniority and how many people you need, so we do not publish a price list. You pay month by month for the people on your team, a lead is included on teams of three or more, and we confirm a written rate card on the first call. You can start with one developer for a month.

Will our clients know we use an outside team?

That is up to you. Our developers work under your name, in your channels and with your branding, and we never contact your clients directly. Some agencies introduce us as part of their team, and others tell clients plainly. We follow your lead either way.

Who owns the code, and can you work for our competitors?

You own the code from the first commit, in your own repository. We sign an NDA and a non-solicitation agreement before we start, so we do not take your clients. We do not share your client’s work or your methods with anyone else.

How do you keep quality high when we are not watching every line?

Every pull request is reviewed by someone other than its author, then by your own lead before you merge. On teams of three or more a named lead flags risks to you in writing. If a developer is not up to standard, we replace them.

What can you build for us?

Marketing sites, web applications, mobile apps, integrations and ongoing maintenance, in React, Next.js, Node.js, Angular, React Native and PHP. If a project needs a stack we do not work in, we say so on the first call.

How do we work across time zones, and how fast can you start?

We share 3 to 4 hours of the US and UK business day, run standups on your clock and reply within 4 business hours. After a 30-minute call we match a developer in 1 to 2 weeks, and the first month starts once you have met them and given them access.
