Responsible disclosure policy

If you find a security weakness in our website or systems, we want to hear about it. This page says how to report it, what we ask of you while you look, and what we promise in return. Effective October 4, 2026.

How to report

Email info@itechnosol.com with "Security" in the subject line. Include the address or system affected, what you found, the steps to reproduce it and the impact you believe it has. A short video or screenshots help. Please do not include personal data you came across.

What is in scope

This website (itechnosol.com and its subdomains) and the systems we run for our own business. Software we build for clients belongs to them: if you find a weakness in a client’s system, report it to that client, or to us and we will pass it on.

What we ask of you

  • Give us a reasonable time to fix the issue before you tell anyone else.
  • Do not access, change or delete data that is not yours; stop as soon as you have shown the issue exists.
  • Do not run denial-of-service tests, spam our forms, use social engineering or physical attacks, or test third-party services we use.
  • Use only accounts you own or have permission to use.

What we promise

  • We confirm we have your report within 4 business hours, and keep you updated as we work on it.
  • We fix confirmed issues as fast as their severity calls for.
  • If you follow this policy in good faith, we will not take legal action against you for your research.
  • With your agreement, we thank you by name once the issue is fixed.

Rewards

We do not run a paid bug bounty program. We are grateful for every good report, and say so.
